How do I secure my booking?
Your date is secured by paying the £99 non-refundable retainer and accepting the Terms and Conditions, with the retainer deducted from your final balance.
Do you offer hair trials, and when should I book?
Your trial is a paid weekday styling session, usually arranged around 6 weeks before the wedding, when your hair is closest to how it will be on the day.
Can you travel to my venue?
Yes — 50p per mile and £30 per hour, per stylist, from our studio to your location and back, confirmed in your quotation.
