Who we are
Couture Bridal Hair is a bridal hair studio based in East Yorkshire. We are the data controller for the information you share with us. You can contact us at info@couturebridalhair.com.
What we collect
When you send a bridal enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, wedding date, venue and getting-ready details, the services you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us about your hair. We also keep our own notes about your booking so that we can look after you properly.
Why we hold it
We use your information to check availability, prepare your quotation, arrange trials, plan your wedding morning timings, and take payment. This is necessary to provide the service you have asked us for. Where you have given consent, we may also send occasional bridal hair guidance and studio news. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the suppliers that help us run the studio, such as our booking and client management system, our email provider and our payment provider. Each of them is bound to keep it confidential and to use it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for two years so we can help if you come back to us. Booking and payment records are kept for seven years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.
Photography
We only publish photographs of your wedding hair with your permission, and you can ask us to remove an image at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Email us and we will respond within one month.
