When should I book my bridal hair?

As soon as your wedding date and venue are confirmed. Peak-season Saturdays book well in advance, so enquiring early gives you the best chance of securing your preferred team. Your date is only secured once availability is confirmed and the retainer has been paid.

How do I secure my booking?

Accepted Answer

Once we confirm availability, your booking is secured by paying the £99 non-refundable retainer and accepting the Terms and Conditions. The retainer is deducted from your final balance. Until both steps are complete, your date remains available to other enquiries.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes. A minimum booking of 3 people applies to each bridal party booking.

Do you offer hair trials, and when should I book?

Yes. Your trial is a paid weekday styling session of two to three hours where we create, test and refine your style until it feels right from every angle. Trials are usually arranged around 6 weeks before the wedding, when your hair length and colour are closest to how they will be on the day.

Where does the trial take place?

In our private East Yorkshire studio, with the lighting, mirrors and tools we use on a wedding morning. Bring your veil, accessories and a photograph of your dress.

Do I need to prepare my hair before the trial or wedding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Correct preparation is essential for the best finish and lasting hold. We send detailed guidance before your trial and wedding day for you and your bridal party. When preparation hasn’t been followed, we may need to adapt the style or spend additional time on the day.

Question 7

Can you travel to my venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After your trial at our studio, we can travel to your venue or getting-ready location on the wedding day. Travel is charged at £30 per hour, per stylist, plus 50p per mile from our studio to the location and back. Any travel costs are confirmed clearly as part of your quotation.

Can you style my full bridal party?

Yes. Timings, and whether one or two stylists are needed, are confirmed after we have reviewed your party size, ceremony time and location, so the morning runs calmly and everybody is ready on time.

Question 9

Will I need hair extensions?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Extensions may be recommended where a style needs extra length, volume or density, and we assess this honestly at your trial.
