Client: The main recipient of the Services (s)

Company: Couture Bridal Hair.

Agreement: The agreement between the Client to the Company, confirmed by email, for provision of the Service (s)-

Fee: The amount payable by the Client to the Company for the Service(s) in the Agreement.

The Event: The occasion and venue where the Service(s) will be provided by the Company.

Party: Persons in addition the Client requiring Service(s) at the Event.

Salon: The Barn 47 White Gap Road, Little WeighteD, East Riding of

Yorkshire, HU20 3XF.

Team: Nicole Armstrong & Georgia Armstrong.

BOOKING - WEDDING HAIR

The BRIDE is encouraged to read these Terms and Conditions carefully and to check that the details on the Booking Form are complete and accurate before paying a booking fee, therefore agreeing to the Terms and conditions. If the BRIDE considers that there is a mistake or that any changes are required, these should be raised immediately with the ARTIST.

These Terms and Conditions will become binding when the BRIDE receives the booking form and decides to transfer the booking fee to the ARTIST, the BRIDE has 3 days to pay the non-refundable booking fee from the day the BRIDE receives the booking email from the ARTIST. The BRIDE will be advised that this has been sent, after these 3 days if the booking fee has not been paid, the date will not continue to be held.

  1. Payment of £99 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your wedding date. The retainer is deducted from the final fee due, enquiries for which a retainer has not been paid are not confirmed therefore availability is not confirmed and an agreement is not formal in place. A date cannot be help without this retainer fee.

  2. For bookings with Nicole & Georgia, a quotation will be provided on agreement of all services and other expenses required post face to face consultation.

  3. Dates are given on a first come first served basis.

  4. You agree that by paying your non-refundable booking fee you are agreeing and accepting to be bound to Couture Bridal Hair business terms and conditions.

  5. Services are secured upon receipt of a £99 retainer for bookings within the mainland UK, in certain circumstances a higher retainer will be required if accommodation is required. Receipt of a retainer payment confirms the Agreement and secures the company's availability for the Event on the agreed date and time for the agreed Fee.

Changes to you booking: availability and your quote is based on the booking size, service requirements, timings and location mentioned in your initial enquiry. We aim to accommodate any changes that may occur.

PAYMENT - HAIR

Full payment of the balance of the Fee is required 6 weeks before your wedding at the latest, if the Event is less than 6 weeks away full payment is required to secure the booking. There are no exceptions to this.

Payment can be accepted by debit or credit card, or bank transfer.

An invoice for the outstanding amount with deducted retainer fee of £99.00 will be sent from the Company to the Client 6 weeks before the date of the Event unless the Event is in less than 6 weeks' time in which case it will be sent immediately after the booking has been secured.

Trial payments are due on the day of services carried out.

Cancellations are only deemed valid if received via email (see cancelation section detailed later in this document) -

Company-

The Fee is always agreed via email, verbal agreements are not offered as they are not deemed valid by the

CANCELLATIONS

Payments made to the Company for a service that is subsequently cancelled by the Company will be refunded in full within 7 days of the cancellation.

Cancellations by the Client for a wedding service that are received less than 6 weeks before the start of the service incurs the full cost of the booking. For cancellations received before this time, all payments made, with the exception of payments for trial sessions and the retainer, will be refunded within 7 days of the

Cancellations for services booked where travel and/or accommodation expenses have been paid for by the Company and are non-refundable by the travel/accommodation providers) will incur full reimbursement from the Client to the Company for the travel and/or accommodation costs paid.

Cancellations are only deemed valid if received via email.

TRAVEL & TIME EXPENSES FOR BOOKINGS WITHIN THE MAINLAND UK

Travel expenses of 50p per mile are incurred for all bookings and calculated from and back to the studio address:

Where travel expenses are incurred for travel by car to locations where the services are to be provided within London Congestion Charge Zone, at times when the Charge is in operation, the London Congestion Charge fee will be

Distances are calculated using an online journey planner and travel expenses will be agreed between the Company and Client as part of the Agreement.

If required, alternative methods of transport other than motor vehicles, such as rail or flight will be discussed and agreed with the Client during the booking process.

An hourly charge per stylist of £30, this is chargeable from leaving the studio address as above to arriving at the agreed venue, to then leaving the venue and arriving back to the studio address.

ACCOMMODATION & SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES FOR BOOKINGS WITHIN THE MAINLAND UK

All time and travel expenses as above still apply. Accommodation expenses are incurred for services provided within the mainland UK for bookings away from the Studio for all Team members.

Services which require leaving the studio at 5am to start at 6.30am will be at cost of £50 per Stylist.

Travel time that takes 1.5 hrs before 6a require an overnight stay at a cost to the client for subsistence allowance. This will be discussed during the Consultation process.

The Company will always endeavour to find the most cost effective option.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS

All general terms and conditions above stated are applicable with a few additions below:

For bookings where a destination wedding is required the client will provide and meet the costs of all accommodation, travel, visas, airport parking, fuel expenses, insurance and licenses required when travelling to the requested country. (If an additional stylist is required these costs will also be charged to the client.)

A day rate of £500 will be charged for each stylist each day that the stylist is away from the studio. This on average is 3 days.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

It is the Client's responsibility to inform the Company or Team member who is engaged to provide the service of any potential issues such as but not limited to medical conditions, allergies, and/or sensitivities.

Neither the Company nor Team member can be held liable for any condition that arises or loss incurred by the Client if the Client has not informed the Company and/or Team member of any known conditions as stated above, or of any conditions unknown to the Client at the time of the service.

Couture Bridal Hair reserve the right to cancel the Agreement if the behaviour of the Client is deemed inappropriate and/or if the Client reports a condition that the Company and/or Team member deem as a risk to the Client's health and well-being. In these cases any payments that have already been made by the Client for the service are non-refundable.

Discounts cannot not be given on services if you want to use your own products on the day. We also cannot be held liable for the performance and longevity of the product.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

1. To carry out all hair services, Couture Bridal Hair Bridal Services will need a minimum of a cleared table/flat surface to set up on and chair for the client to sit in. Lighting must also be suitable for the services to be carried out.

2. 15 minutes is allocated to set up and be ready in time to start services. If suitable conditions are not provided, Couture Bridal Fair Services cannot be held responsible for delays if time is lost due to this.

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

The Company will always endeavour to honour the Agreement to the best of its ability.

There may be circumstances beyond the control of the Company where a Team member is unwell, delayed or otherwise unavailable, sometimes at short notice. In such a case the Company will inform the Client at its earliest convenience and endeavour to make favourable alternative arrangements if possible.

The Company reserves the right to offer the Client compensation in the event that it is not able to honour the Agreement. This is entirely dependent on the circumstances and will be discussed openly and honestly with the Client.

PHOTOGRAPHY & USE OF IMAGES

Photographic/video images of the Client, Party and/or Event will not be used by the Company in promotional material unless the Client's express permission has been granted by signing the photo/video release consent form on consultation.

CHANGES TO SERVICES AND PRICES

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue a service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT DETAILS

Maximum time allocation for trials: the maximum time that the Team can spend on any one trial is 2.5 hours for a hair booking. Any additional time required for trial sessions will have to be booked as a repeat trial.

Repeat trials: If a second hair trial is requested, the same fee applies as for the first trial.

Hair extensions: If hair extensions are required for the chosen hairstyle they can be purchased at the time of the booking at the following prices: £120 for 16-inch extensions, £140 for 18- to 20-inch extensions and €150 for those longer than 20 inches. Please note prices exclude delivery charges. These prices will change with inflation.

Additional attendees to bookings at the Salon: If more than 1 additional person will be attending a booking at the Salon along with the Client the Company are to be informed at the booking stage to ensure everyone can be comfortably accommodated.

Extra time: If the designs that you require are more elaborate, eug require lots of hair extensions/padding, heavy contouring etc (this includes Hollywood Waves) and therefore require more time than suggested, this can be arranged but will be charged in addition to the prices quoted. The additional charges also apply if the client is delayed from the agreed timings given in advance of the day and require the stylist to wait or work longer.
